We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the location is perfect - nestled in a quiet and safe area with easy access to the nearby tram station, making it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offers an array of amenities that enhanced our comfort. The room was well-equipped with heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a lovely sitting area with a dining table where we could work and relax. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms ensured that we stayed connected throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great, being a short walk to the nearest tram station. We appreciated how quiet and safe the area was. Cleanliness was impressive, and the bathroom and shower were very good. Additionally, we found the balcony to be a great spot to relax, and the kitchen appliances made it easy to cook and work from home comfortably.

Good facilities, Convenient location I stayed here during the Xmas holiday and I was impressed with the great facilities provided. the room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. the location was also very convenient as it was close to public transportation and local attractions.

Poor communication, Hidden fees I was disappointed with the poor communication from the hotel about some of their policies.

The room was equipped with a kitchenette, which allowed us to cook our own meals during our stay. It was also handy to have a big fridge that kept all our drinks cold. The location was convenient as it was close to public transport and several shops and restaurants. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with extra towels upon request.

We would have preferred if the room was cleaned and the towels were changed more often. Also, the lack of air conditioning made the room a bit uncomfortable during the night. The check-in procedure was a bit inconvenient as we had to go to a different location to get our room key. our stay was pleasant, but there is room for improvement.
